Special Requirements 

Ages 2 and under are admitted free. It is recommended, but not required, to reserve tickets 3 months is advance. It is required to go through security before entering the elevator to visit the top of the monument.

Tickets are $1.50 when ordered in advance. If day-of tickets are available, they are free. The Washington Monument Lodge, along 15th Street, is where to receive these first come, first serve basis.
